In 2019, that consideration turned into purchasing the RE/MAX at Mara Lake office in Sicamous. He has continued the locally owned franchise's stellar reputation and built it to where it is today.

Recognized in 2022 as a Lifetime Achievement for Service in Real Estate recipient, Howard has enjoyed many years cultivating possibilities for hundreds of clients.
